Every time I've been to this shop, the staff have gone above and beyond to be helpful. Definitely a refreshing change from the ego fuelled guitar shops of yesteryear. Most of the stock, from what I could tell, is new, and the prices seem very competitive..

Recently visited to look into buying a new keyboard and seat. Felt overwhelmed by the choice. This did not last long. The staff were more than welcoming and helpful. Advice was helpful and had no pressure to buy. I will be returning for my keyboard and seat to purchase.

Really friendly and knowledgeable staff, couldn't ask for a better experience. I always feel very looked after when I need anything but also welcome to browse without being bothered. Highly recommend a visit

Don’t bother. Bought a guitar from them and no one in store able to fix, advise etc even when offered to pay. Except we know someone else who can do it. So if your guitar is out of warranty your wasting your time.

Whether you're looking for a place to buy, test or meet musical equipment, this place is here. Especially the drums area, The attendant (Jonny names) there was super helpful and attentive, showed us to have much knowledge in the area. He gave us many tips and made us very comfortable.
